The "Kaps for Kool Kids" summer pool party for pediatric oncology patients and their families was so much fun.  A variety of "kool kaps" were given to the children and then autographed by the local celebrities.

Christmas "Kaps For Kool Kid" sponsored by Avon to benefit the Children's Hospital of Birmingham was an event like no other.  Pediatric patients and their families were greeted by Santa where they enjoyed lots of delicious food, wonderful give-a-ways and even the chance to meet local celebrities.

Gold Hill Elementary 1st grade students wrote special pink and red valentine get well greetings for the pediatric patients to enjoy. All patients love to receive mail especially written by other children their age.

Charlotte, NC Brownie Troup #76

Charlotte, NC Brownie Troop #76 made beautiful fleece, "Tie-Knot" blankets for the pediatric patients at their local children's hospital.  They even made extra blankets for us to place in the Denver Children's Hospital treasure chest. Thank you also to the their brownie troop leader, Ann Del Vecchio, for helping these kids realize that they are never too young to help make a difference!
